This short course will provide you with basic awareness and understand of the common substances used by Adults.

You will also be gaining an overall understanding of Alcohol and the impacts it has on ones Physical and Mental health.

The course will also touch on how to identify signs of substance misuse, the harm reduction and minimisation you can provide.
