Introduction
This Adult Self Neglect Training Level 2 is tailored for professionals working in safeguarding to build confidence and competence in addressing self-neglect cases. Self-neglect can have severe consequences for individuals’ well-being, requiring a sensitive yet effective approach to intervention and support.
Through this training, participants will explore the causes, impacts, and complexities of self-neglect, gain a clear understanding of their legal duties under key legislation, and learn practical strategies to safeguard individuals using a person-centred approach.
