Learning Objectives
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

Clearly define child exploitation, including key forms such as Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) and Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE), as well as concepts like Contextual Safeguarding and County Lines.

Identify and analyze common risk factors that increase the vulnerability of young people to exploitation, while integrating insights from recent research.

Interpret and discuss current trends and data related to child exploitation specific to the borough of Havering.

Recognize the roles of agencies operating in Havering and utilize available tools and pathways, such as the MACE (Multi-Agency Child Exploitation) Panel, to respond effectively to cases of child exploitation.
