Learning Outcomes 

• Understand what to do if a child is at risk / reporting strategies / disclosures / policies and procedures and how it links with local processes.
• Understand and have clarity around thresholds.
• Describe the broader role of the designated lead and state key areas of responsibility.
• Examine the role of supervision and tools which can assist in analysis. 
• State the barriers to staff reporting concerns and develop methods of overcoming them.
